Dr. Matsuishi has
been a specialist in Pediatric Dentistry for over
thirty years. In that time, he has had the privilege
of treating thousands of children. When he started
he was a new father. Today, he is a proud grandfather.
What he loves most about working in Pediatrics
is watching parents and their children grow and
blossom. From teaching parents how to take care
of their infant's first tooth to catching up with
college kids back for check-ups during semester
breaks, Dr. Matsuishi loves to be a part of his
patients' lives.
Dr. Matsuishi graduated from the University of the
Pacific School of Dentistry. He completed his specialty
training at the Children's Hospital Medical Center
in Oakland. Throughout his career, Dr. Matsuishi
has had the privilege of holding many prestigious
positions among them, clinical professor at UOP
Dental School and President of the California Society
of Dentistry for Children. Dr. Matsuishi is a member
of the American Denitstry and a certified specialist
by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Matsuishi has
made Pediatric Dentistry in the East Bay his life's
work. He loves treating many young children whose
parents were once his patients. He feels privileged
to have been a part of so many children's lives
and looks forward to many new bright healthy smiles
in the future.
