OPERATIONS LEAD

April likes to help make sure our patients get the best care from start to finish. Our patients are fun and she enjoys keeping up with their lives, interests, and activities. The best part, of course, is seeing their beautiful smiles! She loves the Bay Area with all of its great food, beautiful nature trails, and fun things to do. She likes to play games with her family and friends, read, and try out new restaurants.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Tenzin is our Patient Care Coordinator, known for her warm and organized approach. She enjoys staying active, trying out new recipes, and exploring local coffee shops in her free time. Tenzin brings energy, positivity, and a friendly smile to everything she does.

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

John is a Registered Dental Assistant, who has been working at Children’s Dentistry since 2005. He loves working with children and wishes to make their experience at the office fun and enjoyable. John is passionate about food and loves exploring the Bay Area for great restaurants, but his all-time favorite food is any type of spicy barbecue. For fun, John enjoys running and biking. John also has an awesome black terrier that he named Mr. Wiggles because he is constantly wiggling and can never stay still.

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Vanessa, born and raised in the Bay Area, graduated from the College of Alameda with a degree in Dental Assisting. Vanessa is looking forward to her time here at Children's Dentistry and is very excited to help kids make happy memories at the dentist. In her free time, she enjoys biking and exploring the sites of the Bay Area. Her two favorite movies are The Rugrats Movie and UP.

DENTAL INTERN / ASSISTANT

Surangana is a graduate from UC San Diego and will be applying to dental school the upcoming cycle. She is passionate about dentistry and loves working with kids. During her free time, she enjoys watching Korean shows, hiking and also loves spending time with her dog, Simba.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Jaritzy works as a dental assistant and loves helping kids feel comfortable and confident during their visits. She is passionate about making each experience positive and enjoyable for both kids and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys going for walks with her dog, Osito, and spending time in nature. Friendly and approachable, she always aims to create a fun, relaxed environment for everyone she works with.

Kelly is a recent UC Davis graduate passionate about creating positive dental experiences for children. She enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and perfecting her serve on the tennis court. Kelly brings the same creativity, focus, and care from her hobbies into providing compassionate, well-rounded care to every young patient.

DENTAL INTERN / ASSISTANT

Riley is currently a student at UC Berkeley and a friendly, approachable member of our team. Growing up in the Bay Area, she has a passion for helping others and hopes to become a dentist in the future. Riley enjoys reading, watching shows, going on walks, and trying new foods! She shares her love for animals with her two cats, Scottie and Theo, and brings her kind, caring personality to every interaction with patients.
