Dental insurance is a third-party service providing coverage and payment of dental services provided to patients. The terms of the dental insurance contract are agreed upon between your employer and the dental insurance, and our dental office does not play a role in determining the benefits that you receive from your dental insurance. This means the benefits you receive are based on the terms of the contract your employer negotiated with the dental insurance company.

We currently accept all dental plans that allow patients to pick their dental provider and have an out-of-network benefit. These plans are also known as Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental plans. As a courtesy to all of our patients, we will submit all dental insurance claims after the visit and assist in maximizing your dental benefits. The amount of out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the patient will vary based on many factors including your specific insurance plan deductibles, co-pays, frequency limitations, and allowable fees. As a courtesy, our team will submit the dental claim to your insurance company on your behalf. If desired, our team can also run a pre-treatment estimate to get a better sense of your coverage. Please keep in mind this is only an estimate and does not guarantee payment or benefit by your insurance plan. Patients will still be responsible for any portion not covered by their plan.
